H1 transfer without

current H1 extension approval, is it possible?

My case is: after OPT, I was University-based H1, which was expired Aug, 05. ON July, I filed H1 extension (not he extension after 6 years) and now the I129 petition is pending.

I have industry offer and they want me start ASAP, but their lawyer won't file H1 transfer until my current h1 extension got approval notice. It seems to me that H1 transfer is the best way for the company, since as long as the H1 transfer is submitted, either with postmark receipt or INS receipt the applicant can work, without waiting for the approval of H1 transfer.

I wonder whether there is ALTERNATIVE way to file another H1 without my current h1 extension decision.

I already submitted another $1000 for premium processing fee for my current H1 extension, 8 calendar days passed, and my current H1 petition status is as follows for 3 days:

I called National Customer Service Center, just saying the decision has not been made. I wonder what is going on with a simple H1 case?

More weird thing is my H1's LUD and 140's LUD updated at the same time. (My 140 has been approved). What is going on on these petitions?
