回复：H4 孩子申请上大学

It seems that H4 visa is better than F1. They can pay in-state tuition when they go to in-state universities. This kind of situation is really limited many scholarship opportunities to those kids, who deserve better chance to go to elite schools if they have GC. I spoke to my son (a high school Junior) about this situation. I am glad that he can understand and told me that he may think about going to the university where I am working at as a backup choice. As long as we tried, all we can do is to face it. I am going to call or visit school's web sites where my son plans to go to find their policy about children with H4 visa or 485 pending. I hope every parents and their children have a bright future and a happy life.
