需要打电话约biometrics?

今天收到485 receipt notice, 上面说我应该打电话去预约Biometrics. 但我看这里的贴子都说有另外的 FP notice. 既然现在排队，我想急着去FP可能也没用。过来人能否指教我应该等FP notice, 还是现在就打电话预约？不胜感激。
