H1extension denial?

Here is my H1 extension status:

I know I have to wait. I wonder in case this H1 extension is denied, what status I am when my 485 is pending(140 approval)?

What is the risk my using 485-based EAD to work for a company? Could I file H1 petition when I am using 485-based EAD?
