I-140 petition type

Hello,

I have question regarding I-140 petition type. My labor certificate is in EB2.
In I-140, which petition type should I use?

d) A member of the professions holding an advanced degree or an alien of execeptional ability (who is NOT seeking a National Interest Waiver)

e) A professional (at a minimum, possessing a bachelor's degree or a foreigh degree equivalent to a US bachelor's degree) or a skilled worker.

My co-worker who files EB3 uses e). I think I should use d).

Please advise.
