HELP!!!

i live in Teneessee and try to file the I140/485 together.

I tried to fill in the ETA 750B form, in item 10B, which city and state I should use for "aline is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident in the office of the immigration and Naturalization Service at"

Someone said Memphis, TN, others told me it should be Mesquite, TX (the address of Texas Center)

Does anyone here know for sure? Thanks a lot in advance!
