The processing time on your receipt notices is just estimate time, can be shorter, or longer than that.

My 140 receipt said it needs about 150-180 days, but it took me ~21months. But recently, the 140 is moving much faster than before! I believe you will hear good news soon.

You only need to do what they inform you to do.
