NIEW/I-485要Employment Letter吗

比较糊涂。好像是职业移民就要填的，可又好像是雇主申请的才需要。
那申请NIW时 file I-485 到底要不要Employment Letter 呢？

485 的instruction上说，“If your adjustment of status application is related to an employment based visa petition (Form I-140), you must submit a letter on the letterhead of the petitioning employer which confirms that the job on which the visa petition is based is still available to you. The letter
must also state the salary that will be paid.”
