In my case, before the approval of 140, there was no update except the one saying they received the RFE reply.
Don't worry too much, if it was denied, they will update the case status. Since they never say that, that means you case is still under te reviewing process.

If your 485 was filed concurrently with your 140, it most likely will be approved immediately after the approval of you 140, if it happens before Oct.1.

Anyway, do not over-worry. Without the GC, you still can own a wonderful life.
