How to get the I-140 mail pack

Hi, all:

Just in this Tuesday, I sent the I-140 AND I-485 package to the INS. and the track information is as following:

Your item was delivered at 5:11 am on September 23, 2005 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 to INS . The item was signed for by M S.

But now I get the email from INS say my previous I-140 is approved. I try to cancel the new application, what should I do? Do I need to mail them the cancel letter, or can I call them at what number?
