Anything but USCIS/DOS latest news is not dependable and accountable before their next announcements. Not vice versa. Because the imm officer's mood, appetite, traffic jam, and other motional factors are even more important. So H-Rita please goes quietly, who knows how many officers have ties to the targeted area.
