I-140 got approved in 34 days

Filed I-140 and I-485 together on July 21 and got the approval
notice on Aug 24. Do it yourself will save your money and time.
Do not rely on so called lawyers. Control it by yourself.
By the way, I did it with NIW in TSC. Good luck!
