The officer is only interested in your qualification, rather than the referee's. Why do you need to file other people's CV? This is another major misleading that lawyers invented in the past 20 years. If your referees' background is NB, you can mention it in the petition. You also say their CVs 'upon your request'.
Believe me, I got the approval without one referee CV. It is more important to make your exhibit focusing and lighting.
