Yes, it is 2'' x 2''. I did it by myself. First, I took the photo
using my digital camera, and then cut it out with head,
shoulder (see the sample photo in uscis.gov) according to
the dimension requirments. Change the size to 2'' x 2''.

Using this 2'' x 2'' picture, I overlaid it on a regular 4'' x6 ''
photo 6 times. So finally I had a 4'' x 6'' photo with 6
2''x2'' pictures. I took the photo to Costco and printed
it out at the price of $0.19.

By the way, I used MS Photo Editor to do all these. It is
also better to make the final 4"x6" photo a little brighter.

I used the 2"x2" photos for my NIW application. I have
received my plastic Green Card on Sept. 19, 2005. Good
