求助 如何给小孩办绿卡

请教各位朋友，

我们多年前办绿卡时，女儿由我的父母带着在国内，由于一些原因，我们在申请I-140/485 时没有注名女儿的信息。现在绿卡批准了，孩子也7岁了，非常想让孩子过来。不知怎么替她申请? 是否在国内直接为她申请绿卡呢? 或者是先在国内申请探亲签证。

希望过来人指点一些。期盼答复。
