I dit it by myself. I did not get any response after the case was file until 8 months later they notified me the application fee was not enough. Then they requested me 3 times for addtional doc, I even did medicals twice.now they asked me to take IELTE test, I finally gave up. I was so tired of taking TOFEL that I do not want to take any English test any more.
