请教各位前辈485问题

我是J1,正在准备明天file i-485.但是我的j-1 waiver正在做的过程中，已经有了case number, 但waiver还没有被批准。我在application package的coverletter上注明了这一点，并写"Please hold my case for a while until I supplement the document of my j-1 waiver". 请问各位前辈，我的申请会被退回来，还是被拒，或是被hold.
