you should make an appointment with them through infopass if you don't receive interview notice in 1 month.
My case was transfer to Philly in April, I waited until May and the appointment notice was still not arrive. I made an appointment with them earlier May and the notice come two weeks later. I had interview in July and got my passport stamped on the spot.
