Non-immigrant visas are not 4

Those non-immigrant visas are not designed for GC holder's spouse. In another word, your GC makes her impossible to apply for a non-immigrant visa.

That's why it is very important to include one's spouse before one's I485 approval.

My cousin got her GC through 6.4. She failed to have her LG and son here by the approval of her GC. So they waited extra years before coming to the Staets, because none of the non-immigrant visas are for GC holders' spouses, they can only go with immigrant visa.
