Pls give your advice about LUD

LUD of my case, I-140 NIW REF, has changed twice, yesterday and today, but the case status has not changed. Is just the approved case status changed online and emailed to you? But it will not be changed for denial case. Dear Friend: any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
