A good lawyer will be able to make a strong case for you. Right now, all lawers are tied up with 485 filing. You should find one after 10/1. You have 30 days for filing the motion to reopen your case. Time is enough for you. If it was your fault, my only suggestion is to find an good American lawyer who can at least practices law before the federal appellate court.
