Please help with 485 filing

I am going to file 485 to NSC. However, I read the following information in USCIS webpage: Applicants should not fulfill the medical and vaccination requiements on form 693 until notified to do so by the Nebraska service center.

I am really confused. Should I file the medical examination with I-485?
