I-485 and RFE

RFE doesn't necesasrily mean that you case is ready to be adjuricated. I-485 is different from I-140. You could still be stuck in Name Check and other BS for years. I saw people who have been waiting for months and years after sending RFE.

Sorry but it is the truth.
