请问各位朋友

我现在是H1.工作环境非常不愉快.请问如果转H4,需多久,准备什么材料呢?
另外, EAD一般多久能批下来呢? 是否递交申请一段时间以后可以在local申请临时的呢?
非常感谢您的回答.现在真是挺痛苦的.已经忍了n年.再也忍不下去了.
