i think i140 rejected

you can still keep f1,i140 don't terminate your i94. don't travel outside the US, maybe you cannot get f1 visa.
If i485 denied, you loss the status.
Anyway, i don't think you can got i140 approved before graduation. After graduation, you got h1b.
