请给分析一下律师什么意思

已经交了律师费，前一段时间正在准备NIW的材料，可惜推荐信还没有准备好（LD因此现在很生气。。。）结果现在赶上排期，后悔莫及。

律师的意思现在赶快递上去（10/1以前），以后再补推荐信。即使我现在准备的推荐信他也不看了。

请给分析一下，这样有可行吗？

这几天一直恍恍惚惚不知道该怎么做，觉得很对不起LD的。另外，我现在是H-1，LD是F-1
