对于范毅禹律师说法的疑问

按范律师所说：排期倒退五年是因为太多的人申请而每一个I-485都占一个名额。而且有很多人一口气同时申请了好几个。

可是近两年的申请案件只会使排期变成“Non-Current”，而不会算在2000年以前的排期之内。而以EB1和NIW申请的人，有多少会申请了五年还未批准的呢？所以似乎大量的近五年的申请案件本身，如果尚未批准的话，应该是不会造成排期回溯五年多的。

我是觉得只有已经得到批准的案件和2000年以前的申请案件才会造成现在的排期，而近期的申请是不会影响这个排期的具体日期的。

希望能搞清这个问题，也能对排期的进展有个大概的预测，欢迎讨论。
