怎么办？急!!

我的I-140 9月9号移民局cashed out的，从check背面的我现在知道140 receipt number,就是那个SRCxxxx number.但是现在140 physical receipt还没收到。我该继续等I-140 receipt 来file I-485吗？以前有个大侠说可以不用I-140 receipt就交I-485. 这是真的吗？具体怎么操作？不会I-485给退回来吧? 谢谢了！！！
