Everybody has a PD. She has one too. Her PD should be the same as the date you file your case. Do it for her ASAP. You are almost there.

出生证明还没有办好,then use notarized first page of her passport. Many people did that and got GC. If INS is not happy about that, they will issue an RFE for that出生证明.
