我妻子可以在10月1日后递交485么

我的NIWI140已经批准。I485是2004年递交的，但还没有批准。
目前我妻子的出生证明还没有办好。移民排期后，请问我妻子可以在10月1日后递交485么。她该算Benifit我的I140，不算单独的工作移民性质的485。多谢多谢！
