NIW at Nebraska

Does anybody's NIW case get approved in Nebraska center recently? Is it getting easier or more difficult? I submitted mine in 05/2003 but no any repsonse yet. And the processing date doesn't move forward for one month.
Please share your experience with me. Thanks a lot.
