If you are planning or already pregnant, you can ask the Dr not to immuno injection( which you shouldn't get the injection if you plan to have a baby within 6 monthes) ,also, X-ray is bad if you already pregnant. But you can stil file 485 without injection, for now, it seems that you will have planty of time to have a baby before the USCIS ask for RFE on your PE report. Hope you can catch the deadline, BTW, usually you need wait for several days for the blood test result.
GC is important, but never can aompare with your baby's health even you are not sure he/she is there.
