Her F1 won't be affected if she already submitted the COS (change of status) by 485. It is okay to submit 485 right now before the deadline. The drawback of submitting 485 is, she won't be able to extend or change her F1 in the future.


现在递交和以后递交有无本质差别?
Big difference. Right now she is allowed to submit I485, after 10/1/05, she can only submit I485 when her PD after the 排期，就是说，比如她的优先日期是０５年１０月１日，她只能等到排期到了那一天才能递交４８５，１０月１日后的排期在２０００年，就是说PD是２０００年的才可以递交４８５，别的人都要等这排期前进到他的PD才可以。
