关键是准备好充分的材料.听说I_140现在好多被直接据掉,不给RFE的机会.
我与congressman ocffice管移民事务的谈了,他们说不会等几年时间.关键是还有多少在你前面的case剩下.也许过几个月,就会回到正常状态了.
我的律师也给了我相似的回答:
The retoprgression of numbers that will set in on Oct. 1 may be - hopefully - short-lived. I think they overdid it trying the speed things up I-485 processing and now want to put a temporary hold on it to catch up (and probably to reassign people temporarily to H-1B petitions which have flooded in this summer). It may become current again in a couple of months.
