急问：递交I485时一定要体检表吗？

刚才给医生打了电话，可预约在十一以后，已经来不及了。交４８５时是不是一定要同时交体检表？可不可以后来补交？不是说体检的有效期只有一年吗？交早了是不是要重做？谢谢！
