Yes.

(2). Do I need to submit Affidavit of Support (I-864)?
It seems from 485 instruction, we don't need to submit any of them. But some posts said we need to. Confused.
No.

(3). Can I file 140+485 without medical exam this time? I mean do it later?
Try to make an appointment with doctors as soon as possible.(even out of your local area) I am not quite sure if you can add this later.
