After 10/1/05

you can't file I485 eventhough your I140 gets approved. 必须等到你的在排期之前，比如，你的PD是２００５年１２月３１日,排期到了２００５年１２月３１日，你才能递交４８５。现在排期才在２０００年吧？

以前是１４０一批就可以递交４８５。这就是区别。
