140 not affected and 485right?

Hi folks,

I called my attorney and he told me I140 is not going to be affected by the retrogression. I will apply through NIW and possibly apply I140 first since my wife is still an F1 student.
My question is: Is the retrogression going to affect AP or EAD besides the final GC approval? I just hope I can get the AP and EAD as before.
