one month earlier, she told me the 20,000 cap for 2006 is out, while the offical website still saying there is more than 10,000 left. I asked her, she said she has her own source and can see something I cannot see

And once she recommened I applied PERM directly on my OPT, and she believe there is a chance I will get approved before my OPT expire

So you guys tell me should we trust her?
