没收到I-140receipt,能现在file I-485？

我们申请NIW. 9月4号寄出的I-140.我本来要I-140和I-485一起交，律师说那样容易乱，
先交I-140,拿到收据再交I-485.我看到移民局已经把我check在9月9号取了，我的银行在
网上可以看到自己付给别人的check,我在check后面看到I-140 case number. 用这个
number在移民局网站也能查到我的case. 但现在还没收到physical I-140 receipt. 希望
这周收到。万一有什么差错，我能先交I-485吗？I-140的case number我已经知道了.
