Don't know why u r so pessimistic. Judging from ur message, if not with a law firm, u should have been around quite long. It is TRUE to be prepared for the wosrt, but truely of more importance is to be POSITIVE. Problems always get solved in a reasonable manner.

Do u really believe most EB-1 and EB-2 will have to wait for more than 2 or 3 years to get their cases approved in coming years? AND EVEN it is the case, what can u do? what will u do?

Being knowledgable is so priveleged, please encourage people using the knowledge, rather than jeopardize their dreams.
