Our I485 is approved today. It's so amazing.

140&485(niw)RD 2/16/05,
140 AD 5/05
FP(CODE1)9/7/05
485 AD 9/14/05

Actually we began our GC process on 2000. Our first labor case is still pending in Dallas BRC with PD July 2001. After four years waiting, we are totally exhausted. So we tried to apply NIW. At this time it only took us seven months to finish the whole process. So guys,keep on with it. You will see the light anytime.
