I-140 approved March, 2005;
FP: 05/05/05,LUD 4-5 times
I-485 REF RD: 09/13/05,
以有EAD,但不久需要更新, 请问象这种情况,I-485 and EAD renew 是否受影响? 多谢.着急的牙都痛了.
