Sure. I am concerning the comments of Lou2 Zhu3.

for instance, I-140 RD May 10 2005, pending. Whether the cutoff affects I-485?

alternatively, filing I-485 before cut-off (Oct1 2005????) will be safe for getting EAD and AP?
