1996,请问我485pending 2年多,受影响吗？

现在NSC 的processing time is Jun04. But I submitted I-485 in May 03, case delayed over 1 year. MY case is still pending, does it mean I have to waite another 3 years( Regarding the Visa Bulletin, for people who born in China the date is 01MAY00)
