Ask Worthit

My lawyer, David Morris is a very bad choice of my I-140 petition. After slow processing, they finally submitted my petition on June 8. CIS quickly asked for RFE for my case on June 23. Just a week ago, David Morris wrote to me stating that my case was not strong enough to get approved and suggested me to withdraw my I-140 petition. I told him that I don't want to withdraw. Since then they don't respond to me. The deadline for RFE submission is Sept. 15. I am very worried about whether or not I will have enough time to respond to CIS. I would like to get some advices from Worthit how to deal with this situation. I may prepare the response to CIS RFE by myself. Please contact me get more information about my petition!
