Almost no chance to win the appeal because the cutoff date is defined by immigration law, no flexibility at all as people though in Chinese logic. The immigration office even didn't have to score you since you didn't have at least one year work experience which is one of the essential requirements at the time you submitted your application

Re-apply will be much easier than appeal.
