My attorney said the Special Handling LC is a better option. he now says I can't file another LC application under PERM. I am really confused. I wondered if he has messed up my application, hope not.
I want to ask you, maybe everybody here a question: in general, do you usually get a copy of the final version of your application? My attorney does not want to give me a copy. any suggestion?
