请教大侠，
我去年12月31号体检。今年12月12号被要求寄护照。 请教朋友们。我们是否必须在12月31号之前登陆。因为我们不知什莫时候才能收到护照。另外，我们夫妇登陆需要带多少钱。是要银行账单（bank statement)，还是证明( certificate)?
