For American GC application

They don't check for Hepatitis, as far as I know. Don't worry. The blood test include some STDs (sexually transmitted diseases etc, no Hepatitis item)

And your family doctor might not be qualified for GC physical exam doctors. They have to be on INS list to be able to provide you the service.
